Privacy NoticeThe easiest and best way to order your repeat prescription is by using the NHS app. With the app, we are able to process requests faster and more accurately, you can choose from a list of the medications you are currently prescribed, and you will not have to supply any further verification details such as your address each time you order.

However, you may use this legacy form to order if you are unable to sign up for the app.

Please note, requests listing the medication name as “Everything” will be rejected – for your safety, you must name each of your medications individually.
